Are Products From Amazon Warehouse Deals, Inc. Covered By Warranty?

Our 1 year manufacturing warranty only covers products that were purchased, "new. unopened, and unaltered". Because Amazon Warehouse Deals, Inc. consists of products that have an open box or refurbished, it is not covered.

How Do I Register My Product For Warranty?

There's no need for registration! When you need to claim warranty, please submit an email to support@meeaudio.com containing your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.  Response times are typically 1 business day. During busier months, it may take up to 3 business days.  If you do not receive a response in the allotted time, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder or follow up to make sure we received it.

Where can I find my invoice?

If you cannot find your proof of purchase through your email confirmations, you should be able to log into your account on the website you purchased it from.

Nearly all e-commerce websites allow you to search your history of past purchases. 

Below you will find information on where to locate your invoices on popular websites:

  • Amazon Invoice:
  1. Sign into your Amazon Account
  2. Locate/highlight with your mouse the drop down menu ‘Hello, (your name) Your Account
  3. Find your order
  4. In the top right corner of the with the correct order, click on ‘View order details’
  5. Once opened, click ‘View or Print invoice’ on the top right of the page
  6. Click ‘Print this page for your records.’ On the top middle of the page.
  7. When the print dialog box opens, change destination to ‘Save as PDF’
  8. Save to desired location
  9. In your request, attach the file from the saved folder
  • Groupon Invoice:
  1. Sign into GroupOn
  2. In the top right corner, you should see your name.
  3. Once you highlight your name, a drop down menu should appear
  4. Click on My GroupOn
  5. Right under the GroupOn tab (which is next to My Reservations), you should see Deals with a drop down menu to the right of it.
  6. Click it, and you’ll see the choice of ‘All’.
  7. On the relevant product, click ‘View order Details’
  8. Right click anywhere on the page and select ‘Print’
  9. When the print dialog box opens, change destination to ‘Save as PDF’
  10. Save to desired location
  11. In your request, attach the file from the saved folder
